Hello! My name is Sabina, and I never imagined I would one day own a business. Growing up in a modest household, I learned the value of hard work, creativity, and resourcefulness from an early age. Despite the challenges, I developed a passion for design early on, driven by the desire to create beautiful, meaningful spaces for myself, my family, friends, and others.

Before venturing into the world of interior design and event styling, I built a successful career in the financial and telecommunications industries, specializing in program and project management. These roles helped me hone the ability to manage complex projects, exceed expectations, and, most importantly, ensure that people felt heard, valued, and supported—skills that proved invaluable as I transitioned into design.

Fueled by my love for creativity and problem-solving, I founded The Plaid Elephant llc with a mission to provide personalized design solutions for homes and events that reflect each client’s unique vision. Whether it's designing a first home, planning a wedding, or styling a corporate event, I blend style, functionality, and affordability to craft spaces that are aesthetically stunning and deeply meaningful.
